A very few essence makers create essences made from fruit. No, not the FLOWER of a fruit-bearing plant, but from the fruit itself. This is somewhat unusual in the vibrational essence world -- where the flower is king to the extent that all essences are best known as "flower essences" or "flower remedies". But since you can make a vibrational essence from any part of a plant -- or from the whole plant, or from things not plants at all -- this is obviously a misnomer (thus we call this ezine "Vibration Magazine" and not "Flower Remedy Magazine").
Essences containing the energy from the bark, stems, roots, buds, seeds, fruit, spent flower, sprouting seed, or leaves can provide powerful healing tools. Each would be somewhat different than that of the flower, and each would have a somewhat different purpose. Each plant part is created at different times of the season, exists for different botanical and energetic purposes, and looks and behaves differently from one another. It stands to reason that an essence made of any single part would therefore be correspondingly individual, though essences made from different parts of a single plant would relate to one another thematically.
So, how do fruits differ from flowers? Fruits are a more evolved state of the flower. Except for plants which produce sterile flowers, they are part of the reproductive cycle of the plant. They are necessary to the formation of fruit and seed, thereby ensuring the next generation. Fruits are literally the flower's purpose come to fruit-ion...the flower's dreams become manifest in the fruit. I believe that as life on our planet evolves, essence makers will be called upon to make more fruit essences in order to access some of this more highly evolved energy.
Perfectly ripe fruits contain seed, though in immature form. Mature seed is further along the evolutionary cycle. Seeds, too, will be called into essence form as they are needed. And so on, and so on....
The Whole Energy Essences include some essences made from fruits, like the one described below.

"Female Energy"
Key Statements:
I wish I were more feminine/less masculine.
I want more contact with my dreams, feelings, intuition.

This essence is one of the two Whole Energy EssencesTM which contain fruit energy, and the only one made just from fruit. Fruit is the result of fertilization. It is the part of the plant that holds and nurtures the seed, the product of its parents and assurance of the next generation. How pregnant...and how totally feminine.
In cultures around the world, as well as in many healing and spiritual disciplines, the feminine means more than just the female of the species. The feminine corresponds to receptive, inward-moving energies. It is cold, empty and contractive to the male's heat, fullness and expansion. It is the left side of the body, the intuitive, the emotional aspect, dreams, and the inner life. It is the nurturing, soft, mother quality. Regardless of gender, Mulberry Fruit supports these vital qualities.
We make the assumption that if there is an imbalance in female energy, it is reflected within the corresponding male energy. Revitalizing the feminine, Mulberry Fruit permits masculine energy to become more balanced. For men and boys, it can help them be more harmonious with the females in their lives by being more in tune with their own female energy.
In the West, male means unemotional, and certainly men/boys are not taught to be comfortable expressing (or even experiencing) their feelings. Often, this creates an armored facade....a rough, walled, serious quality. Mulberry nourishment means men can be strong and secure enough to be gentle, feeling, vulnerable, and playful.
Alternately, for women and girls, Iris essence can help them feel more harmonious with the males in their lives by becoming more in tune with their own male energy. If the need is to focus on the common ground between genders, then Wild Strawberry Fruit and Flower may be a good choice. To strengthen a weakness within a relationship which is being dominated by its opposite quality, try Gender Harmony.
